Senior Claims Consultant Role Summary

As a senior claims consultant, you will manage high-value, complex home claims and guide customers through challenging situations.

The role involves handling large loss claims (over $100K) from lodgement to resolution, working with assessors to manage contents and temporary accommodation costs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage complex claims at the earliest opportunity.
  • End-to-end case management of complex claims, including priority identification and management.
  • Provide support with empathy and clear expectations setting with clients.
  • Respond to customer calls and provide excellent phone service for lodging new claims and managing existing claims.
  • Obtain complete and accurate information regarding circumstances and damages surrounding the claim.
  • Liaise directly with external providers to resolve claims efficiently.

This role can be based at our North Lakes or Kawana office, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners.
