Lead Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic human resources leader to join our leadership team. As the Lead Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle. This includes developing and executing a local people strategy aligned with our business goals and global HR vision.

  • Manage all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, advising senior leaders on people and organisational matters.
  • Design and implement a localised HR strategy aligned with business goals and global frameworks.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance, driving process improvements.
  • Manage compensation and benefits to maintain market competitiveness.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
  • Bachelor's degree or qualification in HR or a related field.
  • Proven HR business partner with strong stakeholder influence and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing / overseeing payroll.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills.
