Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administration and sales support to the Coffs Harbour Sales Team, working closely with the Sales Executive, Sales Manager, and State Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support and administration for the sales team, recording information and data entry.
  • Assist in preparing internal sales revenue reports, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of quality advertising proposals and presentations for clients at the request of the Sales Manager and Sales Executives.
  • Timely processing of customer proposals, bookings, enquiries, and other sales information as directed.
  • Recording all client bookings, amendments, and cancellations daily, received from local Sales Manager and Sales Executive, ensuring scheduling deadlines are met and the team are advised.
  • Sourcing data and market intel for analysis purposes.
  • Representing Seven in the market among clients and agencies in association with Sales Executive.
