About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at C.ex Group. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Coordinate and execute events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve event execution and sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and event coordination.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software, CRM tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of AV equipment and technology used in events.
  • Experience in tracking expenses and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions.
