About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Officer to join our team at WA Police & Community Youth Centres (PCYC). This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Subiaco, with travel to various centres across WA as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Safety and Efficiency of PCYC Centres: Meet all requirements for program delivery, recreational activities, and community events.
  • Coordinate Infrastructure and Asset Management: Ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery between PCYC staff, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage Daily Operations of PCYC's Fleet, Assets, Properties, Facilities, and Infrastructure: Oversee procurement processes for asset and facility maintenance, including liaising with trades, service providers, and maintenance teams.

About You
  • Proven Experience in Facilities Management: Including building operations and maintenance.
  • Proficient with Computers and Various Systems.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, Consultation, and Negotiation Skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently as Well as Part of a Team.
  • Knowledgeable in General Procurement and Purchasing Practices.
  • Hold a Current 'C' Class Western Australian Driver's Licence.
