- Oversee procurement processes for asset and facility maintenance, including liaising with trades, service providers, and maintenance teams
- Proven experience in facilities management, including building operations and maintenance
- Proficient with computers and various systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, consultation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledgeable in general procurement and purchasing practices
- Hold a current 'C' class Western Australian driver's licence
