Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and system records to support workforce management and compliance.
  • Provide expert administration of HR systems, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting queries.
  • Support Learning & Development by coordinating training logistics and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and delivering health, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Process purchase orders for HR-related activities, including invoice tracking and financial accuracy.
  • Contribute to embedding customer service principles in all HR interactions and actions.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety guidelines while fostering a safe, healthy, discrimination-free workplace.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV qualification in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR Administration role with strong attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams) for effective communication and reporting.
  • Experience using integrated HRIS platforms for administrative tasks.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in handling sensitive information discreetly.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Resilience under pressure with adaptability to changing circumstances or tasks as required.
