We are seeking an experienced Auditor to join our Program Assurance team in Port Macquarie. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits across our Employment Service contracts and providing reports and feedback to supervisors and service managers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Port Macquarie, requiring a strong understanding of employment services, training, and/or disability services operating environments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of employment services contract guidelines and experience working in a compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and coordinate internal audits and document accordingly
  • Assist with external audits and monitoring visits
  • Conduct audits in line with audit schedules
  • Communicate positively and promptly to implement required changes arising from monitoring and audits
  • Analyse processes and systems and implement improvements when required
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in auditing and compliance improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
