The Service Support Professional plays a vital role in providing administrative support to our care team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to care workers, including timesheets, ordering personal protective equipment and care worker equipment.
- Manage staff and client changes, payroll, and client documentation in consultation with Care Managers
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of client contact in the client management system
- Promptly manage incoming enquiries and escalate as necessary
- Administer tasks related to clients, including phone calls, stock ordering, filing, and document preparation
Requirements:
- Background or experience in Administration, with demonstrated customer service skills
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service principles to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to record, report, and maintain information
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with limited supervision
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
