About the Role:

The Service Support Professional plays a vital role in providing administrative support to our care team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to care workers, including timesheets, ordering personal protective equipment and care worker equipment.

  • Manage staff and client changes, payroll, and client documentation in consultation with Care Managers
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of client contact in the client management system
  • Promptly manage incoming enquiries and escalate as necessary
  • Administer tasks related to clients, including phone calls, stock ordering, filing, and document preparation

Requirements:

  • Background or experience in Administration, with demonstrated customer service skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service principles to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to record, report, and maintain information
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with limited supervision
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Salary: Estimated $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
