Project Manager Opportunity for Collaboration and Growth

  • The University seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support major fundraising initiatives. This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that advance the university's mission, foster community partnerships, and create long-lasting philanthropic impact.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position with opportunities for professional growth and development. The position will be based at our Parramatta South Campus, although travel to other campuses may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project management tools and software effectively.
  • Develop project content in collaboration with academic staff sponsors.
  • Oversee key project-related tasks and actions.
  • Coordinate project meetings and track follow-ups.
  • Prepare project minutes and notes.
  • Support project marketing and promotional strategies, including events.
  • Maintain collaborative SharePoint sites.
  • Generate project reports and track progress using CRM systems.
