HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our organization in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR partnership to local business units, driving talent strategy and employee engagement.
  • Lead HR processes, ensuring adherence to regional and global practices and policies.
  • Offer expert advice on employee relations matters and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support organizational changes, communications, and transition plans.
  • Ensure data accuracy and leverage insights for informed business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience as an HR professional, with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Australia.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law.
  • A solid understanding of the full HR cycle, including performance management, talent development, reward, retention, employee relations, employee engagement, and employment laws.
  • Excellent influencing and coaching skills, with a proven ability to establish credibility with leaders.
  • Experience working under pressure to drive multiple deliverables within tight timeframes.
  • Strong organizational skills, execution, and follow-through skills.
  • Demonstrates passion and commitment to upholding professional standards.
