About the Role

The Marketplace team at Ema, Inc. is responsible for achieving the highest standards in Implementation Planning and Buying, encompassing both traditional and digital media formats, driven by data, technology, and automation. This ensures that client campaigns are executed and enhanced in a manner that is effective, efficient, and forward-thinking. The scope of Marketplace includes conventional media (TV, Cinema, Out of Home, Radio, Print, Digital Video, and Display) as well as the digital evolution of traditional media (Addressable TV, Programmatic OOH, Music Streaming, and Podcasting).

The Manager role within the Marketplace team involves overseeing the execution of client media strategies, ensuring that campaign goals are successfully achieved.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in team management
  • Enthusiasm for Implementation Planning and Buying
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the media landscape, with the ability to articulate macro consumer trends and their associated challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Extensive experience in media buying
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities
  • Well-developed negotiation and investment planning skills
  • Results-oriented, with a passion for delivering business outcomes for clients and the ability to clearly identify and articulate successful strategies.

Success Metrics:

In 3 months:

  • Established strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Gained a solid understanding of the agency's and group's offerings, core Marketplace processes, and operational methodologies.
  • Fully integrated into the team, with a comprehensive understanding of all active and upcoming campaigns.

In 6 months:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering all aspects of the role in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Strengthened key stakeholder relationships to foster consistent teamwork.
  • Managed Marketplace processes effectively, ensuring regular updates for your manager and the broader team.

In 12 months:

  • Assumed greater responsibility for campaigns and clients, including increased volume and accountability.
  • Built strong relationships with publishers, representing the Ema, Inc. team effectively and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery.
