We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Marketplace team at Ema, Inc. As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team through all aspects of Implementation Planning and Buying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to the Marketplace team in delivering high-quality client campaigns.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish strong relationships and ensure seamless communication.
- Develop a strong understanding of the agency and group proposition, core Marketplace processes, and our way of working.
- Complete training on key tools and systems required and actively use them in your day-to-day role.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for the media industry and a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Results-driven and passionate about delivering business results for clients.
What Success Looks Like:
- In 3 months, establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and internal reports.
- In 6 months, demonstrate the ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective, and proactive way.
- In 12 months, take on greater ownership for campaigns and clients, building strong relationships with publishers and representing the Ema, Inc. team appropriately.
