We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales & Service Receptionist to be the face and voice of our dealership. This vital role involves greeting customers, answering calls, supporting both sales and service teams with administrative tasks, and assisting with vehicle registration and sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet all customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Schedule service appointments and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist the sales team with processing new and used vehicle sales paperwork.
- Prepare and organize customer documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
- Coordinate and track vehicle registration, roadworthy certifications, and handover preparation.
- Liaise with finance and insurance representatives to complete customer documentation.
- Create and manage service bookings and follow-up communications.
- Prepare job cards, customer invoices, and update service records.
- Ensure efficient communication between service advisors, technicians, and customers.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Perform daily clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
