  • Engage with and coach individuals to enhance their current skill set and growth potential
  • Collaborate with topic experts to deliver up-to-date best practice learning experiences
Requirements
  • Extensive L&D experience in a similar role
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Experience and expertise in a range of topics, either business or HR related, to facilitate learning
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Digital experience for online platforms and learning opportunities highly desirable
