The Role
As a Goodstart Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to our children, ensuring their safety and inclusivity at all times. You will work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement engaging and effective learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for each child
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality across the centre
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Participate in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check
