The department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Monash Health is a large and diverse unit, providing adult and paediatric services to various locations. The unit is staffed with experienced consultants, fellows, and support staff, and offers a range of opportunities for professional development and growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Specialist to join our team as a Consultant. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and support academic, research, education, training, and supervision roles in the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the diagnosis and management of ear, nose, and throat conditions
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical policies and guidelines
  • Contribute to the education and training of junior medical staff and students
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ENT Specialist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team. The successful candidate will have:

Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Appropriate health professional tertiary qualificationsFellowship of the RACS or equivalentWorking with Children's CertificateMembership with RACS and ASOHNS
