Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end program delivery through activity planning, monitoring, tracking, and stakeholder management
  • Manage project plan, including milestone tracking
  • Create and distribute project updates and communication across the business
  • Manage escalation, tracking, and resolution of issues within allocated timeframes
  • Support development of business cases for further IT software releases

About Your Skills and Qualifications:

You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience with project implementation preferably in a retail environment, knowledge of project management frameworks, and some understanding of IT terminology and infrastructure.
