As a skilled craftsman, you will play a crucial role in shaping the construction landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to design and build concrete formwork, laying steel reinforcing, pouring, spreading, and levelling concrete using screeds and templates.

Key aspects of this role include:

- Erecting complex structures and ensuring they are safely secured

- Operating trowelling machines to achieve precise finishes

- Measuring and cutting wood or metal to exact specifications

- Collaborating with your team to pour concrete into moulds and achieve seamless results

- Identifying and resolving issues promptly, ensuring quality and efficiency

- Working closely with colleagues to maintain accuracy and high standards throughout the project

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities.

Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team is essential for success in this role.
