About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team and work on various high-profile construction projects in the Perth metro area.
  • The successful candidate will have strong experience in multi-story construction projects, with a proven ability to interpret and work from construction drawings.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Interpret and work from construction drawings, formwork designs, and set out points to build formwork accurately.
    • Construct and install formwork for footings, columns, walls and decks.
    • Conduct pre-pour inspections and rectify issues to ensure readiness for concrete placement.
    • Strip formwork without damaging finished concrete surfaces.
    • Work closely with crane crews, spotters, dogmen, and supervisors to ensure safe lifting sequences.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in multi-story construction projects
  • Proven experience in shuttering
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • At least 3 years' experience in the commercial construction industry
  • Available work references
  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual labour
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
  • Able to work efficiently within a team and meet production targets
  • White Card.High Risk Licence (RB, RI or RA)
