Senior Event Management Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of events and conferencing venues, delivering exceptional service and results while meeting client expectations.
Main Responsibilities:- Operate under senior management direction, maintaining a proactive approach to event execution.
- Direct and oversee event operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient functions.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for events.
- Cultivate a sales culture and maximize up-selling and on-selling techniques during events.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments for event planning and follow-up.
- Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in events or hospitality management.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
