Cinema Leader - A Key Role for a Cinema Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cinema Leader to join our team. As a Cinema Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cinema complex, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Operational Responsibility: Oversee the administration of the cinema, including cash handling and technical equipment maintenance.
  • Revenue and Financial Management: Monitor and control revenue and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and ensuring that all team members provide a high level of service to our customers.

As a successful Cinema Leader, you will possess:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, driving results and achieving targets.
  • Operational Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cinema operations, including cash handling, technical equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Current Cinema Worker Level 3 or 4 with supervisory experience
  • Retail, Food and Beverage, Cash Handling experience
