Corporate Services Director

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of Branch Manager Corporate Services. This role is responsible for leading the corporate services function of the NDIA, ensuring that staff have the operational support to deliver high-quality services to Australians with disability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the corporate services function of the NDIA, ensuring that staff have the operational support to deliver high-quality services to Australians with disability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate services.
- Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including other government agencies and external vendors, to ensure that corporate services are aligned with the Agency's corporate plan.
- Ensure that corporate functions are reliable, consistent, efficient, effective, and aligned with the Agency's corporate plan.
- Strong experience delivering corporate services for a large organisation.
- Demonstrated leadership credentials and the ability to deliver quality services.
- Ability to lead a large program to expand the network of properties with a highly accessible fit-out to support service delivery.
- Strong understanding of the legislative and policy frameworks that govern records management and corporate services in the Australian Public Service.
- Experience managing engagements with senior stakeholders, including other government agencies, internal Senior Executive Leadership, and external vendors.
