  • Manage Service Requests: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests.
  • Maintain Metrics: Record, maintain, and report on service request metrics to enable reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Improve Processes: Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance overall service delivery.
  • SOPs and Knowledge Articles: Assist in developing SOPs and Knowledge Articles to support service request management and user self-help.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of your work and collaborating with everyone involved in creating outcomes.
