At Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Sofitel Attendant to join our team. As a key contact for our discerning guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is nothing short of unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently, striving to exceed their expectations at every turn.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every detail is attended to.
- Monitor the Responsible Service of Alcohol and ensure compliance with Victorian legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and update guest profiles, ensuring charges are posted to the correct account.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Highly organized and able to effectively manage priorities.
- Strong focus on guest and team relations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
