Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently, striving to exceed their expectations at every turn.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
- Monitor the Responsible Service of Alcohol and ensure compliance with Victorian legislation.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out procedures, and update guest profiles as necessary.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Highly organized and able to effectively manage priorities.
- Strong focus on guest and team relations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
