Opportunity

We seek experienced water engineers to join our Planning and Asset Management Team in Newcastle or Sydney. This role will concentrate on delivering dam safety management and water resources projects for major and regional water utilities.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering dam safety and water resources projects, encompassing dam safety management systems, emergency plans, reviews, risk assessments, hydrology studies, and water resource planning studies.
  • Promote collaboration across offices while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Understand and adapt to diverse client standards, providing consistent and reliable service.
About You

You'll be a technically qualified individual with experience working in a consulting environment, delivering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Proficiency in industry-standard software, particularly related to dam safety analysis, consequence assessment, and hydrological/water resource modelling, is highly valued.

Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a closely related discipline and significant experience in bulk water supply infrastructure, surveillance of concrete and embankment dams, and risk management are preferred.
