Job Summary:

We are seeking a Water Resource Specialist with expertise in stormwater management and floodplain engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydrological, hydraulic and water quality modeling, as well as experience with project planning and client liaison.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Affordable housing development and creation of green infrastructure
  • Water resource management for new community developments
  • Implementation of innovative solutions using MUSIC, DRAINS, TUFLOW and QGIS
  • Maintenance of existing floodplain systems to ensure public safety

About You:

  • 2 or 3 years of experience in stormwater management and/or floodplain engineering
  • Civil or Environmental Engineering degree
  • Strong understanding of client liaison, communication and collaboration
  • Experience with project planning to achieve TCQ objectives
