The Administrative Support Specialist will be a valued member of our team, encouraged to grow and make a difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage requests, concerns, and enquiries effectively.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.
- Support hiring and onboarding administrative activities.
- Utilize mainstream software including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications with intermediate-advanced skills.
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Great time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications.
- Confidence with smartphones and digital devices or willingness to learn.
- Qualifications, skills, and experience in administration or business are desirable but not essential.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
