- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with key stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline by leveraging CRM tools, conducting outreach, and following up on marketing campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and client activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Experience: 1+ years in a sales development or customer success role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Skillset: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for client engagement and growth.
