Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming business models using analytical tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and provide advisory services to senior leaders.
  • Lead client projects by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Deliver advisory projects, including data architecture solutions and analytics dashboards.
  • Conduct Data-Driven Organizational Design (DDOD) and provide analytical insights.
  • Train and advise clients on utilizing our platform for business objectives.
About You:

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate eager to join a growing organization. They should have an interest in consulting within the HR/OD analytics space and enjoy solving complex problems and finding creative solutions.

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Sciences or Business Studies.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have skills in data analysis; knowledge of statistics modeling is preferred.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, R, Python, or MATLAB is advantageous.
  • Client-facing experience is beneficial.
