About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of projects. The successful candidate will contribute to the production of project documents and plans, compile accurate scopes of work for subcontracts, and ensure compliance with project and company contractual and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scopes of work and subcontract plans
  • Administer project management, change, and control processes in compliance with project plans and contractual conditions
  • Ensure accurate use of Jobpac in administering the project
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to achieve project financial targets
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and specifications
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • Experience working on large commercial/residential new builds as a Contracts Administrator
  • Understanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Financial understanding and knowledge of construction costs
