Job Overview

The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) role is customer-facing, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft. This involves helping customers leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Landing a comprehensive security proposition across Microsoft Security offerings.
  • Supporting customers through the adoption lifecycle, from planning to optimization, while driving Microsoft security product utilization.
  • Delivering technical presentations, demos, and proposing high-level solutions to drive deployment and customer adoption of Threat Protection, Identity and Access Management (EntraID P2), and Cloud Security.
  • Aligning individual skilling with team/area demands and Customer Success goals to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders to develop complex Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.
Requirements and Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications).

Subject matter expert in 2 or more areas: Threat protection, SIEM and Incident Response; Extended Detection and Response (XDR); Security Operation Center Management; Identity and Access Management; Cloud Security.
