Cloud Service Manager

As a key member of the Systems and Platform team, you will play a vital role in supporting and deploying Azure-based IT systems. The scope of work involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

The current project focuses on upgrading three core electoral IT systems, which will be replaced by a series of modular solutions leveraging services already available in the Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Engineers to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, aligning with project goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers, promoting professional growth.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, election preparation, and delivery activities in accordance with individual accountabilities.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing enterprise IT solutions utilizing Azure services.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using ARM and/or Bicep templates.
  • Effective communication skills across a geographically dispersed network.
