About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at Unisys. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our software distribution and patch management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software distribution and patch management systems using ConfigMgr, Intune, and other systems management tools.
  • Develop and maintain custom reporting capabilities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Assess, plan, and upgrade systems management tools to ensure they remain evergreen and take advantage of new features.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on software distribution and patch management, including troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and client issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software and systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support team members and end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in systems management and software deployment.
Requirements
  • 8-11 years of experience in software distribution and patch management using ConfigMgr and Intune.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, specifically in Change and Release management.
  • Experience in managing large-scale transition projects.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from team leads and client executives.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell and other systems management tools.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (optional).
  • Configuration Manager and Intune certification (optional).
  • AVD certification.
