The Service Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and finalizing equipment repair quotes. This role provides assistance to Area Service Representatives by providing quotes to customers for all tyre and wheel replacements in addition to any rental return or de-hire customer damage repairs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and account managers to ensure accurate pricing on quotes.
  • Work closely with the Rental Manager, ASRs, and Service Department to ensure accurate pricing and invoicing of rental returns, de-hire customer damage, and rental units according to customer terms and conditions.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations to improve customer service and maximize retail work.
  • Compile and complete quotes accurately and efficiently to meet client requirements.
  • Liaise with technicians to identify necessary parts, sublets, and labour required for repairs.
  • Update and support relevant databases and systems ensuring accuracy of data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade or mechanical background with field or workshop experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a spare parts department and familiarity with TMHA systems advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Proven ability to liaise and negotiate with various stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience processing high volumes of purchase orders and quotes accurately and promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong work ethic in all dealings with customers and colleagues.
