About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and results-driven leader with deep experience overseeing complex, technology-enabled transformation programs.
  • Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and maintain productive relationships with executives, department heads, vendors, and diverse stakeholder groups throughout transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring professional development, and creating high-performing transformation delivery capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing operationally, translating enterprise vision into detailed delivery plans and tangible results.
  • Deep practical experience implementing organisational change management strategies in large, complex organisations with measurable adoption and sustainability outcomes.
  • Understanding of modern digital platforms, service digitalisation approaches, and technology-enabled business transformation in public sector environments.
  • Consistent track record of achieving ambitious targets, delivering programs on time and within scope, and creating lasting organisational value.
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to facilitate consensus, resolve conflicts, and drive collaboration across organisational boundaries.
