About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Services Manager to join our team at Consolidated Power Projects. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in driving consistency across our project controls, estimating, planning, and scheduling processes.

With a strong background in design and construct environments, you will be responsible for implementing best practices in project management and services nationally. Your expertise will be essential in elevating our project management practices and ensuring the successful delivery of our industry-leading projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 10+ years' experience with major projects, preferably in a design and construct environment
  • Broad experience across project controls and services, such as estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, earned value management, and enterprise risk management
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of change management principles
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives and project management systems implementations
  • Experience in the areas of Training and Development, Project Governance and Assurance, Benchmarking, and Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 or OPC, InEight, Teambinder, Hard Dollar, and Power BI systems
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering will be highly regarded
