Leisure Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aquatic and recreation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily facility operations, ensuring a high level of pool supervision at all times.
  • Develop and supervise aquatic service officers.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including rostering, data entry, and maintaining licenses.
  • Conduct regular maintenance activities, including water quality assessments and visual inspections, to ensure effective operation and compliance with legislative requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory experience in an aquatic/recreation environment.
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate, Pool Lifeguard Certificate, LIWA Aquatics Accreditation, Applied First Aid Certificate, and Oxygen Resuscitation Certificate.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Sound attention to detail and effective time management and organizational skills.
