Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR professional to lead our Human Resources function within our Corporate Services Program.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who brings both strategic insight and a hands-on, empathetic approach to HR management.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity, wellbeing, and continuous improvement activities such as auditing and risk management across the organisation.
  • Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that align with organisational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree in HR or other applicable post-graduate qualification in an associated discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience across all human resources activity functions and Proven experience in leading a team of HR professionals.
  • Significant experience in HR leadership, preferably within the not-for-profit, or community services sectors.
