About the Position

We are seeking a strategic and outcomes-driven leader to lead our Human Resources function. This key leadership position is responsible for shaping and nurturing our high-performing culture.

  • Lead and nurture the HR function through effective leadership and team management.
  • Oversee the planning, prioritisation, and execution of HR activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, learning and development, remuneration & benefits, and performance management.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities, while mitigating strategic and operational risks.
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, in line with company values, legislation, and best practice.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and role model an inclusive and values-aligned culture that empowers employees and strengthens the brand.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to drive initiatives forward.
  • Solve complex organisational challenges with grit, rigour, and innovative solutions.
We're Looking For
  • A leader who can use exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • An experienced HR professional with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a professional services organisation.
