Site Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our Community Activity services by following a person-centred support model.

This approach helps individuals develop independence, confidence, self-esteem, and social interaction skills.

The key responsibilities of the Site Manager include:

  • Managing a community site, providing personalized planning and development for people with disabilities.
  • Leading a team to deliver high-quality supports that develop independence, confidence, self-esteem, and social interaction skills.
  • Supervising Support Workers to maintain effective site operations and mitigate operational challenges.
  • Developing and implementing person-centred agreements and products for new and existing individuals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and have experience managing site-based services in the Disability Sector. They should also demonstrate experience in coaching individuals to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours within the workplace.

A strong interpersonal and communication skillset is essential for growing relationships with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with developing and implementing person-centred agreements and products.
