Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager - Store Network Growth to join our Property team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating great outcomes for TRS and contributing to the profitability and growth of our business.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and financial analysis on proposed new stores and existing sites.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and lease agreements within budget and time parameters.
  • Manage and build relationships with Landlords.
  • Report on progress and performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Liaise with the store operations team on any raised property issues.
  • Liaise with Project Managers on new stores and refurbishments.
  • Liaise with the Legal department, particularly in relation to Lease Administration.
  • Constantly review poor performing stores and manage occupancy costs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail leasing is preferred, however experience in other sectors may be considered.
  • A team player that will fit seamlessly into an established and high-performing environment.
  • Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and resolve problems, acting decisively and showing good judgement.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across the business.
