Hilton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Executive Food and Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, conference and banqueting events, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and consistency in line with Hilton International standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across all food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting events.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting events are managed efficiently, with a focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Outlet Managers/Supervisors, Banquet Supervisors, and Chefs to take corrective action where necessary and ensure that all team members are working together effectively to achieve common goals.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor costs, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting events are meeting the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, financial performance, and guest feedback.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote our food and beverage offerings.
  • Assist in the development of menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting events are fully compliant with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a 4/5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, suppliers, and guests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability, with a focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
