About the Role
The Executive Food and Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, conference and banqueting events, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and consistency in line with Hilton International standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across all food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting events.
- Ensure that all food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting events are managed efficiently, with a focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Outlet Managers/Supervisors, Banquet Supervisors, and Chefs to take corrective action where necessary and ensure that all team members are working together effectively to achieve common goals.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor costs, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting events are meeting the required standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal partners.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, financial performance, and guest feedback.
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote our food and beverage offerings.
- Assist in the development of menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure that all food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting events are fully compliant with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a 4/5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, suppliers, and guests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability, with a focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
