Country Road Assistant Store Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, profit, and productivity in our Canberra City store. Your primary focus will be on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, while also building a high-performing team that is empowered to exceed.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Centric Culture: Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience that exceeds customer expectations.
- Commercial Acumen: Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
- Team Leadership: Support the Manager by ensuring the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
- Collaborative Leadership: Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
- Operational Excellence: Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures, while embodying our key cultural values of Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, and Dedicated to Quality.
- Passion for Retail: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
- Financial Management: Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
- Team Performance: Support the Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of the team.
- Operational Excellence: Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
