Assistant Store Manager Opportunity at Country Road Group

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Country Road Group. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, profit, and productivity while creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Centric Culture: Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience for our customers.
  • Commercial Acumen: Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  • Team Leadership: Support the Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of the team.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
