Women And Girls Experience Specialist

This role is pivotal in delivering strategic actions and initiatives as part of the AFL Women & Girls Game Development Action Plan.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Experience Lead in managing the Women & Girls Community Football Charter, ensuring uptake of the program by community clubs, leagues & umpire groups.
- Facilitate club, league & umpire education modules (i.e. Gender Equity, Governance, Inclusive Marketing, etc.) and programs that upskill women in community football leadership positions.
- Deliver targeted initiatives to increase the number of women in Community Football Leadership positions, particularly president & vice president roles.
- Work with the State Coaching Lead in planning and delivering Coach Your Way programs to increase the number of women in coaching roles.
- Has experience working across complex stakeholders.
- Is skilled in supporting and leading projects.
- Can facilitate workshops with community stakeholders.
- Possesses well-developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation skills.
- Demonstrated personal initiative and ability to work effectively independently.
