Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement a PR and communications strategy that supports initiatives and programs for women and girls in tennis. The goal is to achieve gender equality in the sport through effective promotion and engagement.

About the Role
  • Create and execute a comprehensive three-year operational plan aligned with the Tennis Women and Girls Strategy.
  • Compose six-monthly reports for stakeholders, leveraging design resources as required for engaging visuals.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and deliver a strategic PR and communication plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a three-year operational plan to support the Tennis Women and Girls Strategy.
  • Write six-monthly reports for Sport Australia and government, engaging design resources as required.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Public Relations and Head of Women and Girls to develop and deliver the PR and communication strategy.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in public relations, media, or journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience within the public relations sector at specialist level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to write for various stakeholders.
