Project Coordinator OpportunityAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Utilities team. This role involves coordinating with Project Managers and engineering teams to ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on schedule from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project deliverables, manage project inventories, and assist in coordinating permits and other regulatory paperwork.
  • Support project invoicing, track budgets and expenses, and assist with accrual tracking for specific projects.
  • Manage communications across internal teams, clients, and municipalities, including emails, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Organize meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and internal documentation to support ongoing project workflows.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior project coordination or administrative experience in utilities, construction, or infrastructure industries is preferred but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with SAP or other project management systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
