- Manage incidents and service requests effectively using the firm's ticketing system.
- Resolve basic technical issues including Microsoft 365, printing, network access, and mobile device support.
- Identify complex issues and escalate them to senior IT staff or other technical teams as required.
- Entry-level to 2 years' experience in helpdesk, IT support, or service desk environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking is advantageous.
